    The horizontal milling machine can accommodate multiple cutting tools at the same time, eliminating the need for frequent tool changes. It can effectively reduce setup time and improve efficiency. It is suitable for complex projects that require different types of milling operations to be performed in one run. The bed, column, saddle and table are manufactured from high-quality meehanite cast iron, stress-relieved for high stability. The spindle is precision manufactured from SCM21 alloy steel, heat treated and precision ground, and runs on precise angular contact bearings and improves productivity in mass production. In addition, the powerful spindle motor gives a high chip removal rate.

  • The X-axis feed is driven by a high torque servo motor, providing variable feed speed.
  • The X, Y axes are protected by stainless steel telescopic covers, drive employs high precision lead screws, combined with double nuts, ensuring high accuracy of feed.
  • All slideways are hardened, precision ground, then coated with Turcite-B for maximum wear resistance.
  • All gears in milling head are hardened and precision ground for quiet running.
